The IMAF Family of Seed Stage Funds effectively targets technology-based companies at their earliest stage of funding. Investing in the Piedmont-Triad area of North Carolina, IMAF-TRIAD is part of North Carolina’s IMAF Family of Funds and seeks to invest both dollars and time in seed stage, high growth companies and spin outs from Wake Forest University, UNC Greensboro, NC School of the Arts, WSSU and N.C. A&T State University.	IMAF-WEST is a committed member-managed angel capital fund. Investing in the Western Mountains of North Carolina, IMAF-WEST is part of North Carolina’s IMAF Family of Funds and seeks to invest both dollars and time in seed stage, high growth companies and spin outs from Western Carolina University, UNC Asheville and licensed opportunities from Oak Ridge National Laboratories.
